Day 55

Super Cute Tee

I started out with this men's polo shirt that was way to
small for my dad...but way to big for me to try to wear
as a polo shirt...so I went to work with scissors
and my handy dandy sewing machine!! :)

And I ended up with this cute tee! :)
I turned the shirt around so now the buttons are on the
back of the shirt.  Cut the "new" front into a V and sewed the edges.
Took in the side seams.  And shortened the sleeves

Using a paint brush I used starch to "glue" the pieces of tissue paper to the balloons, layering 2-3layers.
Then hung them up to dry.  They have to dry over night before I can finish them...sooo stay tuned for tomorrows craft!! :)
