Day 102

White American and Monterey Jack Nacho Cheese Dip

(Sorry no picture...it was demolished to quickly)

1 jalapeno, seeds and ribs removed and diced finely
1 Roma tomato, diced finely
4oz of Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded (better if you buy the block and shred yourself)
12oz White American Chesse, shredded (also better if you buy the block and shred yourself)
1/4 cup white onion, finely chopped
olive olive
1/2 cup cream

Saute the onion and jalapeno pepper in the olive olive till soft.  Stir in the cheese and 1/4 cup of cream till the cheese melts.  Add in the tomatoes and the remaining cream, and serve with your favorite nachos!! :)
